Vanilla Powder

... Let us deliver your favorite flavour direct to you ...

100% Pure Ground Vanilla Powder

Our Ground Vanilla Powder is made from organically grown whole pristine Planifolia vanilla beans. The essence of vanilla flavour reduced to our own 100% pure vanilla powder product with no additives.
1kg (2.2 pounds) of fine vanilla powder, requires 6kg (13.2 pounds) of vanilla beans.

Vanilla powder is ideal for those who want strong vanilla flavour without the alcohol found in unnatural vanilla extract and vanilla oil. Vanilla powder can be used instead of vanilla seeds for coloring (deep brown color), and texture in foods.

Vanilla powder is very easy to use and only a small amount is required to provide the familar flavour everyone enjoys. 1/2 teaspoon of powder is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of extract.

Vanilla powder is used to incorporate into liquid-sensitive mixtures, such as icings and melted chocolate where even a small amount of liquid could create a problem. Also well suited to making Crème Brulée, Custard, Ice-cream and other desserts. To add that special flavour to make shakes and smoothies add 1 teaspoon to 1 litre of milk.
Vanilla powder also can be added to your cooking sugar, coffee, hot chocolate, tea or use your imagination to make more vanilla flavour on your favorite foods.

For a real treat try mixing the powder with cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle it on toast or biscuits.
